The Director Of Hunger First In Kingsport Has Been Charged With Disorderly Conduct. A Recent Video Surfaced Of Michael Gillis Seen Talking To Kingsport Police Near The Hunger First Office On Myrtle Street. The Officer Asked Gillis To Move His Vehicle Because He Was Blocking The Street. An Exchange Of Words Between Gillis And The Officer Occurred, With Gillis Later Being Taken To The Ground And Arrested. He’s Set To Be In Court This Morning For Arraignment.
