A Community In Scott County May Soon Get Some Relief After Being Without Water. The County Board Of Supervisors Declared A Local Emergency In The Cliff Mountain Community, Which Has Been Without Water Since Late Last Year. About A Half Dozen Homes Have Had Their Wells Collapse And Fail, Residence Say Some Wells Have Methane Gas, But The Cause Of The Failure Still Remains A Mystery. County Leaders Believe The Emergency Declaration Will Open Up Help From The State And Other Agencies.
