Hawkins County District Attorney General Dan Armstrong Says Newly Re-Elected Constable William Creasy Has Violated The Terms Of A Plea Agreement.  Creasy Had Been Indicted In February On Charges Of Official Misconduct And Official Oppression. He Pleaded Guilty And Was Given Judicial Diversion And Ordered To Resign From Office As A Constable. Creasy Ran A Write-In Campaign And Regained His Seat. He’S Now Accused Of Seeking Re-Election To Complete A Term Of Office He Was Compelled To Resign From As Part Of The Plea Deal. A Court Date Has Not Yet Been Set.
