Two Different Resolutions Regarding Ambulance Funding Are On The Agenda For An Upcoming Hawkins County Commission Meeting. OneĀ Resolution Calls For 275-Thousand Dollars To Be Set Aside For The Purchase Of Two Remounted Ambulances. The Funding Would Come From Covid-19 Local Support Grant Funds. The Second Resolution Calls For The Commission To Use Those Same Local Support Grant Funds To Help Buy An Ambulance, Install An Aed Device In Every County-Owned Vehicle And Provide Hazard Pay Bonuses Of Five-Hundred To One-Thousand Dollars To County Employees. The Commission Meeting Is Set For 6 Pm August 24Th.
