Summers-Taylor Has Submitted A Revised Air Quality Control Permit Application To The Tennessee Department Of Environment And Conservation. The Application Is For Changes To An Asphalt Plant Expansion In The Town Of Unicoi. The Revision Includes A Request For A Permit To Install Newer Natural Gas-Fueled Equipment That Will Produce Fewer Emissions.
