The Sullivan County Clerk’S Office In Kingsport Will Soon Have A New Location. The Office Is Relocating From City Hall To The Former Horizon Credit Union Building On Clay Street. The Kingsport Office Will Be Closed Today And Tomorrow For The Move. It Will Reopen At 8 Am On Wednesday.
