The Kingsport City Schools Board Of Education Has Set A Special Meeting To Consider Revising The Start Date For The Upcoming School Year. The Meeting Is Scheduled For Tuesday, July 28th At 6 pm. At This Time Plans Are To Begin The School Year On August 3rd.
