A Shooting In Church Hill Has Left One Man Dead. The Church Hill Police Department Responded To A Shooting On Jefferson Avenue Early Wednesday Morning, Where They Found 20 Year Old Kenneth Carr With A Single Gunshot Wound To His Head, He Was Flown To A Local Hospital Where He Succumbed To His Injuries. Officials Are Treating The Investigation As A Homicide. More Information Is Expected At A Later Date.
