Due To The Pandemic, The House Of Representatives Requested 10-Thousand Dollars To Be Appropriated To The Memorial, But The Money Wasn’t There. That’S When The Two Lawmakers Decided To Pursue Out-Of-Pocket Funding For The Venture.
