The Kingsport Police Department Is Investigating A Shooting That Left Two People Seriously Injured At City Apartment Complex. It Happened Last Night At Miller Village Apartments On Eastline Drive. Upon Arrival, Officers Found A 22 Year Old Male Suffered Severe Lacerations From Allegedly Being Pistol Whipped, While The Other Victim, A 32 Year Old Male Had Been Shot. One Of The Victims, Has Been Released From An Area Hospital While The Other Remains In Serious Condition. No Motive Has Been Released At This Time As The Investigation Is Continuing.
