The Church Hill Police Department Is Investigating A Shooting Incident. Officers Responded To A Call At 21 Jefferson Avenue In Church Hill Around 2 am Wednesday, Where They Found 20 Year Old Kenneth Carr With A Single Gunshot Wound To The Head. Carr Was Flown To Johnson City Medical Center And Is Listed In Serious Condition. The Department Says More Information Will Be Released At A Later Time.
