A Smyth County Virginia Man Has Been Indicted By A Wythe County Court. Steven Ray Crouse Allegedly Shot And Killed His Wife, Then Disposed Of Her Body On National Forest Land. Crouse Is Charged With First Degree Murder, Use Of A Firearm In The Commission Of A Felony And Illegally Disposing Of A Body.60 Year Old Peggy Crouse Was Found In The Jefferson National Forest Shot In The Chest. Crouse’s Next Hearing Is August 20th To Set A Trial Date.
