Justin Hackler And Joshua Hackler Are Charged With Second Degree Murder, While Leslie Hackler Is Wanted On A Conspiracy To Commit Second Degree Murder Charge. Authorities Believe Hayes Was Killed With A Small-Caliber Weapon In Tazewell County And His Body Dumped In Bastian. The Two Men Are Being Held In The Tazewell County Jail. No Motive Has Been Released.
