Morrison Said The Decision Is Being Made Based On The Troubling Statistics From Ballad Health System On The Near Tripling Of Hospitalization Cases In Our Area. The Order Would Likely Go Into Effect Tomorrow And Would Join The Likes Of Sullivan And Washington Counties, Who Have Already Declared The Mandate.
