Work Will Soon Get Underway In Kingsport Adding More Sidewalk To Stone Drive. The Plan Is To Install 1.7 Miles Along East Stone Drive From In Front Of Texas Roadhouse To Clinchfield Street. Most Of The Work Is Being Funded By The State With Only 75-Thousand Being Contributed By The City. Work Will Get Underway Before The End Of Summer.
