An Officer-Involved Shooting In Wythe County Virginia Has Left Two Officers Injured. The Sheriff’s Office Along With Virginia State Police Are Investigating The Incident That Occurred On Whipporwill Road Last Night. Officers Responded To A Domestic Situation And While Officers Were Walking Up To The Residence, Two Deputies Were Struck By Gunfire. Two Additional Officers Returned Fire, Striking The Suspect. One Deputy And The Suspect Are Listed In Critical Condition At Area Hospitals. The Second Deputy Was Treated And Released. Virginia State Police Are Investigating The Shooting.
