Bristol Tennessee Has A New Mayor And Vice Mayor. The City Council Selected Mahlon Luttrell As Its Mayor And Vince Turner Will Serve As Second In Command. Luttrell Had Previously Served As Vice Mayor Before Taking The Gavel From Mayor Margaret Feierabend, Who Will Now Serve As A Councilwoman.
