Terry Linebaugh Was Arrested Friday While Walking On Stone Drive And Heather Jones Was Arrested Later At Americort Motel. Linebaugh Is Charged With First Degree Murder And Other Charges In The Shooting Death Of Anthony Hammonds. His Body Was Found In A Burned Home In Bristol. Jones Is Charged With Conspiracy To Commit Murder. They Will Have To Be Extradited Back To Virginia To Face The Charges.
