The Greene County Sheriff’s Office Is Searching For A Man Wanted In Connection With The Discovery Of A Body Found In A Wrecked Vehicle Earlier This Week. 24 Year Old Adrian Kiser Of Chuckey Is Charged With Second Degree Murder. Two Others Have Already Been Arrested In The Case. 24 Year Old Zachary Richards And 32 Year Old Elizabeth Phillips Are Charged With Facilitation Of Second Degree Murder. They’Re Being Held On 250-Thousand Dollars Bond. Phillips Was Last Seen In Johnson City. Anyone With Information On His Whereabouts Should Contact The Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
