The City Of Bristol Virginia Has A New Mayor And Vice Mayor. The Council Chose Bill Hartley As The New Mayor And Anthony Farnum As Vice Mayor During Its Re-Organizational Meeting. Randy Eads Was Also Reappointed To His Position As City Manager And City Attorney. Newly Elected Councilman Kevin Mumpower Was Suppose To Be Sworn In Yesterday But Was Nearly An Hour Late To The Meeting.
