Patrick Fischer Filed The Suit After Claiming He Slipped, Fell And Injured Himself Entering The Restroom During A 2016 Race. BMS Officials Argued Fischer Could Not Show Cause For His Injuries And Could Not Show The Track Created Or Knew About The Condition. Fischer Withdrew His Lawsuit And A Judge Approved The Dismissal.
