East Tennessee State University Has Announced There Will Be No Budget Cuts This Fall. School President Dr. Brian Noland Said This Was Part Of A Commitment By The Higher Education Commission To Support The System In The State. Classes At ETSU Are Set To Resume On Campus August 24th.
