According To The 2019 “Crime In Tennessee” Report From The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation, The State’S Crime Rate Fell, But Kidnappings And Methamphetamine Cases Are Up. The Report Said Murder, Rape And Weapons Violations Decreased By Five Percent Compared To 2018. Domestic Violence Fell By Four Percent And Crimes Involving Juveniles Also Decreased.
