A Head-On Collision In Lebanon Virginia Has Claimed Three Lives. According To Virginia State Police, The Crash Happened On Route 71 When A Vehicle Crossed The Center Line And Hit Another Head-On. Four Passengers Were In One Vehicle, The Driver Died At The Scene. Three Passengers Were Flown To Local Hospitals Where One Succumbed To Injuries. The Driver Of The Second Vehicle Also Died At The Scene, The Passenger Was Not Injured. No Identities Have Been Released, The Investigation Is Ongoing.
