Apple Engaged Internationally In Purchasing, Refurbishing And Selling Used Helicopters And Helicopter Parts. Prosecutors Say Harper Switched A Fuselage With Intent To Defraud And Tried To Sell The Chopper With Switched Date Plates To Unsuspecting Purchasers. He Faces Up To Ten Years In Prison When He’s Sentenced In October.
