The Victim Told Officers, Lowe Held Her Down, Spit On Her, Head Butted Her, Hit Her In The Ribs And Attempted To Force Her Out Of Her Home. Lowe Remains In Jail In Duffield And Is Awaiting Transfer To The Virginia Department Of Corrections.
