The Grandmother Of Deceased Toddler Evelyn Boswell And Her Boyfriend Have Had Their Case Bound Over To A Sullivan County Grand Jury Regarding Theft Of Property Charges. Angela Boswell And William McCloud Were In Bristol Session Court Tuesday Over Their Arrest In North Carolina And Allegedly Being In Possession Of A Stolen Car. Both McCloud And Boswell Are Scheduled To Be Back In Court August 14th At 9 am.
