A Bristol Virginia Man Is Facing Charges Following A Stabbing In The Downtown Area. Police Responded To The 600 Block Of State Street Sunday Afternoon And Found The Victim 28 Year Old William Kenneth Price On The Sidewalk With A Stab Wound. An Investigation Led Police To Arrest 24 Year Old Chandler Rutter. Price Was Taken To The Hospital Where He Succumbed To His Injuries. Rutter Is Charged With Second Degree Murder And Is Being Held In Jail Without Bond.
