The Kingsport Carousel Has Reopened With New Hours And Restrictions. The Carousel Will Be Open Wednesday Through Saturday From 12:30 To 2:30 Pm And 3 To 5 Pm. It Will Close Between 2:30 And 3:00 For Cleaning. Special Entrances And Exits Will Be Marked, Social Distancing Guidelines Should Be Followed, And Mask Are Encouraged But Not Required.
