A Kingsport Department Store Is On The List To Be Closed. According To A News Release, JCPenny Has Conducted A Comprehensive Evaluation Of Its Retail Footprint And As A Result Has Identified 154 Stores For Closure In Its First Phase. Kingsport Has Been Identified As One Of The Stores In Tennessee That Will Be Closing.
