The Bill Would Make Failing To Report A Missing Child Within 48 Hours A Misdemeanor Crime. Baby Evelyn Was Reported In February As Being Missing For Two Months. Two Weeks Later, Her Remains Were Found On Family Property In Blountville. The Cause Of Death Hasn’T Been Released And No Charges Filed In Connection With Her Death.
