The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Has Charged 13 People After An Investigation Into A Conspiracy To Provide Narcotics To Sullivan County Jail Inmates. An Anonymous Call Was Received By Corrections Officers Alerting Them To A Person Coming To The Jail With Narcotics. Charles Edward Johnson Arrived At The Jail Requesting To Be Put In A Cell With Johnny Royston, Leading Officers To Believe Johnson Could Be The One With Concealed Narcotics. A Search Of Johnson Recovered 6 Packages Containing Several Drugs And Tobacco. This Led To Further Investigation And The 13 People Being Charged.
