A Greeneville Man Is Charged With Dui, Child Endangerment And Other Charges After Police Found Him Asleep At A Gas Pump, In His Vehicle With A 12 Day Old Baby Inside. Paul Winstead Refused A Blood Test And Was Taken Into Custody. The Baby Was Transferred To The Department Of Child Services.
