The Kingsport Police Department Is Continuing To Investigate A Shooting. The Incident Happened Tuesday Night In The 1600 Block Of G Street. Officers Found Jeremy Smallwood Lying In The Roadway With Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Tyjuan Marsh From Atlanta Georgia Was Detained At The Scene Where He Was Believed To Have Engaged In An Argument With Smallwood And Allegedly Shot Him. Marsh Is Charged With Aggravated Assault And Is Free On A 10 Thousand Dollars Bond. Smallwood Remains In The Hospital In Critical Condition.
