William Mccloud Is Charged With Domestic Assault, Child Abuse And Neglect And Violation Of An Order Of Protection. A 37-Year-Old Female Said Mccloud Had Been To Her Home For Dinner When He Began To Assault Her. A Child Was Also Struck During The Altercation. He Remains In The County Detention Center.
