Kevin Dustin Nelms Is Charged With Two Counts Of Aggravated Robbery And One Count Of Auto Theft Over Ten Thousand Dollars. Police Allege Nelms Knew The Victim As A Casual Acquaintance, Held A Knife To His Throat And Demanded His Wallet In April. On May 6th, The Victim Alleges Nelms Assaulted Him And Stole His Car. The Victim Sustained A Broken Foot During The Assault. Nelms Was Arrested This Morning Following A Traffic Crash. His Bond Is Set At 30-Thousand Dollars.
