A Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Charged 44 Year Old Christopher Funk With DUI, Possession Of A Handgun While Under The Influence And Several Other Misdemeanors. Judge Todd Ross Ruled All Evidence Against Funk Was Inadmissible Due To A Faulty Search Warrant Which Was Not Signed By A Judge. Funk Was Suspended Without Pay. Rogersville Police Chief Doug Nelson Will Meet With The Mayor Today To Determine If Funk Will Be Offered His Old Job.
