A Phased Reopening Is Underway At The Johnson City Public Library In Conjunction With Other Regional Libraries. Returns Are Now Being Accepted At The Library At Its Outside Materials Dropbox. If You Have Items On Hold But No Longer Want To Check Them Out, You Can Cancel Those Online Or By Calling The Library. Donation Of Books And Media Will Not Be Accepted Until Further Notice. The Library Will Begin Its Curbside Pickup System On June 1st.
