Kingsport City Leaders Have Committed 4-Million Dollars To Paving Projects For The 2020 Fiscal Year. 2.5 Million Will Be Spent On Contracting Out To Resurface A Number Of Main Roads Throughout The City. Roughly 800-Thousand Have Been Allocated For Neighborhood Paving. Crews Will Also Be Repaving The 20 “Worst Case” Roads.
