The United Way Of Northeast Tennessee/Southwest Virginia Covid-19 Relief Fund Has Provided 61-Thousand Dollars To The Upper East Tennessee Human Development Authority’S Community Services Program. The Money Will Be Used To Help Families With Rent And Utility Expenses. More Specifically The Funds Will Be Targeted At Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed Or “Alice” Residents.
