In The Preliminary Hearing This Morning, Her Father Said She Had Been Living There And Was Always Welcome, Leading Judge Mark Toohey To Dismiss The Charge. She Is Still Facing Charges Of Theft And Taking Contraband Into Jail. Judge Toohey Kept Her Bond At 50 Thousand Dollars, Ruling She Could Be A Flight Risk.
