East Tennessee State University In Johnson City And The Rural Health Services Consortium In Rogersville Have Received Grant Funding From The U.S. Department Of Health And Human Services To Help With Coronavirus Testing. The Funding Will Help Cover The Testing And Personal Protective Equipment. ETSU Received Just Over 192-Thousand Dollars While The Rural Health Services Consortium Received Just Over 608-Thousand Dollars.
