Preliminary Certification Materials Will Begin Being Accepted And Reviewed June 1St For The Proposed Facilities. The Lottery Board Will Meet In Mid-July To Approve Plans. The Gaming Referendum Could Be Added To Local Ballots By August 14Th And Public Voting On The Referendum Will Take Place November 3Rd Coinciding With The Presidential Election.
