The Carter County Sheriff’S Department Is Investigating The Death Of An Inmate Who Was Found Unresponsive In His Cell. 65 Year Old Rickey Joe Lee Younce Was Found Deceased In A Holding Cell On Wednesday Morning. Jailers Immediately Notified EMS And Life-Saving Measures Were Attempted, But They Were Unable To Resuscitate Younce. The Body Has Been Sent For An Autopsy And Toxicology Test. No Foul Play Is Suspected At This Time.
