Hawkins County 911 Has A New Director. The Board Voted In Favor Of Douglas Boone To Fill A Seat Left Vacant Last Month When The Board Fired Longtime Director Gay Murrell. Boone Has Been A Shift Supervisor For The Kingsport Police Department’S 911 Central Dispatch Since 2016. Boone Beat Out Two Other Finalists And Will Start May 11Th.
