The “Sullivan Baby Doe” Opioid Case Is Set To Go To Trial Next Month. The Suit Was Named For A Baby Born In Sullivan County With Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome And Was Filed In 2017 By Nine Counties Against Opioid Manufacturers And Distributors Under The Tennessee Drug Dealer Liability Act. The Defendants Named In The Suit Are Mallincrodt Llc, Endo Health Solutions Incorporated And Endo Pharmaceuticals Incorporated. Any Funds Won In The Case Would Be Used For A Variety Of Treatment And Recovery Programs. The Trial Date Is Set For May 18Th.
