Renovation Work Is Continuing On The New Kingsport City Hall Location. So Far, Work Is More Than 65-Percent Complete On The 2.8 Million Dollar 6-Story Former Downtown Regions Bank Building. Some Employees Will Begin Moving In This Summer With The Remainder By The Summer Of 2021. The First Two Phases Of Renovations Are Expected To Cost Just Over 5 Million Dollars.
