The State Of Emergency Order Has Been Extended By The Virginia Supreme Court For Courtrooms Across The State. The Extension Stipulates Courtroom Proceedings Which Are Not Able To Be Continued, Will Have Attendance Limited. In Jury Trials That Aren’t Able To Be Continued, Judges Will Excuse Or Postpone Jury Service For Jurors Who Are Ill, Caring For Someone Ill Or Who Are Deemed A High Risk By The CDC. Orientations For New Jurors Have Also Been Suspended.
