An Apparent Hit And Run Has Left A 70 Year Old Jonesborough Woman Dead. Helen Branch Was Believed To Be Walking Her Dog Monday Afternoon In The 200 Block Of Sand Valley Road When She Was Hit By An Unknown Vehicle Which Failed To Stop. The Incident Is Under Investigation By The Tennessee Highway Patrol. No Further Information Has Been Released.
