Bristol Virginia Leaders Have Endorsed An Emergency Declaration For The City As Well As Established Provisions To Hold Emergency Meetings As Needed During The Pandemic. The Emergency Declaration Will Last For 60 Days Or Until Rescinded By The Council. The City Has Canceled All Regular Public Meetings Through Late April And Access Inside The Council’S Chambers For Monday’S Meeting Was Restricted.
